Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid for the App (whichever is greater).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless good, Soft. Media LLC and ILLBEON Economy from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

14.4 Not Affiliated with Albion Online

This App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sandbox Interactive GmbH (Albion Online).

• All game data is publicly available
• Item names, icons, and game references are property of Sandbox Interactive
• Use of game data is under fair use for informational purposes

15. Governing Law and Disputes

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from this Privacy Policy or the App shall be resolved through:
